What does this cost me?

In most cases, nothing. Most plans, including Medicare, cover the service. We verify your benefit before any encounter and tell you up front if there’s a copay.

Do I need a smartphone or Wi-Fi?

No. Devices use built-in cellular and transmit readings automatically. A mobile app is optional, not required.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We’re HIPAA-aligned and SOC 2 audited. Your data is shared only with your pharmacist and your prescriber.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can sign up directly. If your program needs a prescriber order, we coordinate that for you — with your existing doctor or one of ours.

Can I opt out?

Anytime. Email support@medsense.health and you’re unenrolled the same day.
