Medsense Health has launched a redesigned website at medsense.health, marking a public milestone in the company's evolution from a medication adherence technology provider to a full-service clinical-services infrastructure platform for independent pharmacies, regional chains, and pharmacy networks.

The shift has been years in the making. Medsense started as a medication adherence technology company — developing sensors, a mobile app, and remote monitoring hardware to help patients stay on their medications. As the team worked alongside pharmacy partners, it became clear the gap wasn't technology. Pharmacies needed payer contracts, clinical operations, billing infrastructure, and a medical group to actually deliver and get paid for clinical services.

Today, Medsense runs all of it.

The platform supports four program areas — medication adherence (RTM), hypertension (RPM), diabetes (RPM), and weight management with GLP-1 support — across 480+ pharmacy partners in all 50 states and DC. The company's provider network covers more than 100 million lives, has monitored over 10 million patient events to date, and processes 250,000+ events each month.

The business model is built around removing operational complexity from the pharmacy. Medsense handles patient targeting, enrollment, outreach, clinical documentation, billing, and payer claims under its own clinical entity. Pharmacy partners earn a flat $25 per enrolled patient, per month, per active program — with no billing risk and no reimbursement uncertainty.

The new site, which also launches Medsense's public news channel, is built for pharmacy operators evaluating whether clinical service lines are viable for their practice. It includes program-level detail, transparent pricing, and an ROI calculator.
